I'm split on it, too.
This brings up a great question: What sports-related feature would you include inside your "dream house"? A regulation basketball court? Indoor soccer field? Bowling alley?
As for me, I'd go for a circa 1980 USA vs. USSR bubble hockey game. But maybe that doesn't count.
